Although these models are more challenging to create, we believe that our clients deserve this level of innovation and quality. 

 A TRADITIONAL PARK MODEL FOOTPRINT, EASY BUILD BUT OFFERS NO REAL ADVANTAGES.

 The combination of our blended widths enables us to achieve greater dimensions in our 14-foot wide park models. While the majority of 14-foot wide park models measure only 38 feet in length, our 12/14 blend extends to 41 feet, resulting in a significantly more spacious living room. Furthermore, the blending is not visible from the interior. 

 We design our build-outs in a manner that they are not included in the overall square footage of the home. This presents a significant advantage, as park models are limited to a maximum of 538 square feet. Our clients particularly appreciate the his and her closets. 

 We prefer to cantilever the fireplace to ensure that it does not occupy valuable space in the living room. 

 The incorporation of build-outs, jogs, and cantilevers introduces a variety of roof lines. These architectural features contribute to a visually striking appearance, contrasting sharply with a conventional box-like design. 

 Our eaves serve a dual purpose; they are not only practical but also enhance the aesthetic appeal of the home. The lighting installed in the eaves is equipped with a dimmer switch, allowing you to establish the perfect lighting on those warm summer nights.
